Why is my game crashing?

In order to fully enjoy our Boom Beach: Frontlines, our game requires at least the following specs:

• Minimum Supported Devices:
  • Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016)
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7"

iOS

• iOS 12.4.1
• Minimum Supported Devices:
  • iPhone 5S
  • iPod Touch (6th generation)
  • iPad (2017)
  • iPad Mini 2
  • iPad Air
  • iPad Pro

Sometimes these specs alone aren’t enough to enjoy the games, therefore, we cannot guarantee these specifications alone will be enough to run the game. Please note that the game may be unstable if your phone has a modified OS or a custom ROM.
